I just went through a second interview with them yesterday and the recruiter, I assume, was offering me a job with AFLAC, but I don't know if I should take it based on the fact that I would be paid 100% commission +policy renewal+stock bonuses.
Has anyone interviewed for or is now working with AFLAC? If so, I would like to get your thoughts on it? Do you like relying on commission versus a steady paycheck? What is it like having to explain policies to businesses? Have you received commissions from the policies you've signed employees up for?
